Meet Tiffany English

Problem solving, thinking strategically, and preparing and launching event registrations for NEA members to engage and grow.

Title: Conference and Meetings Planner
Years at NEA: 9 years (this time!)

If you have ever attended a NEA Representative Assembly, Conference on Racial and Social Justice, NEA Leadership Summit, NEA ESP or Higher Ed or Retired conference, Minority Leadership Training or Women’s Leadership Training, or actually any kind of NEA training, you need to know it couldn’t have happened without Tiffany English and the Conference and Facilities Management (CFM) meetings team.

There is one person at NEA who’s an expert on Cvent, NEA’s sole event registration system, and it’s Tiffany. “If you need event assistance or approvals through Cvent, it’s going through me,” says Tiffany.

She will test registration, make sure the stringent guidelines set by NEA’s conference alignment team have been met, and prepare the event for launch. How often does this happen? Every blessed day.

Fortunately for NEA and its affiliates, Tiffany is a data girl, who thrives on problem solving and strategic thinking. She loves how much her work helps to build robust profiles of NEA members through NEA360 and Salesforce, so that NEA and its affiliates can track our members’ interests and design programs and opportunities for them to grow and engage.

Fun Facts about Tiffany

This is not Tiffany’s first stretch at NEA! She first came here in 2010 to work for two years with NCSEA.

She got her start in IT project management at Joint Base Andrews.
